When you report a maintenance issue, we ask for your name, phone number, email address, your property address, and details and photos of the problem. We use this information only to diagnose the issue, arrange a trade to fix it, and keep you updated on progress.
Your report is stored securely and is only visible to Finnigan-McNeill staff and, where relevant, the contractor we allocate to the job. You can check progress and message us at any time using the private tracking link we email you — this link is unique to your report and isn't shared with anyone else.
We keep issue records as part of your property's maintenance history. If your tenancy or property record is later removed from our system, your report and its details are kept so we retain an accurate repair history — this is standard practice for lettings maintenance records.
We don't use your information for marketing, and we don't share it with anyone outside of resolving your maintenance issue.
If you have questions about how we handle your information, or want to ask us to correct or remove details we hold about you, please contact Finnigan-McNeill Property Group directly.
